Hey guys, looking forward to the final presentations of your semester's work tonight! If you have any last minute things you want feedback on, post it here on the blog and send me an e-mail letting me know, I will try to respond by lunch-time.

As for the presentation, make it look nice and presentable. Use some words to label things, and make sure you have a title page that has your name and the name of your world on it.

All year I've been waiting to do a shop scene and here it is. I really like how this turned overall, especially the colors. It's nice too to see all our semesters' work come together into an illustration.

Placed figure in front more in the interior, using the holographic keys on the wall to open the window blinds, and the boy jumps on the sofa to watch the passing airbus.

The mystery door opens with sunlight beaming through the crack. They find themselves in a familiar place.

}My wacom died yesterday night so }I had to do a pencil sketch unfortunately. }Also out of nowhere my keyboard just started putting brackets and tildes for my right and left shift keys respectively...}They should be totally unrelated but still incredibly annoying nonetheless. }As if this semester wasn't going poorly enough already.

Underdrawing; going to paint this for next week/the final. There's not a lot going on, but I wanted to show one of the actual homes, especially since you would be spending a lot of time at this particular one.

I also really dislike his pose - hoping to make it look less herpaderpy when I actually paint it :P

[They're walking, and suddenly a helmeted figure riding a motorcycle zooms past them.]

He looks behind to the sound of thunder, and as the rider passes them, the motorcycle transforms into the toy he's holding in his hand.

Ciel Main Characters

Didn't have time to fully render these, hoping to do that for next week.

the village leader and the heroine

These are my two main characters!  The first is the village leader.  As penance for some great sin, he shackled himself with all encompassing bird manacles- that is why he isn't going to go save the world himself.  They are heavy and he cannot do anything with his hands.  The keys hang from the bottom, but he cannot unlock them because, well, his hands are useless. His bird friend takes care of small things for him.  The second is the heroine.  She is not a trained fighter, and at first is not a good fit for her role, but eventually she grows into the part.
